Nick Hinge
Nick is Senior Account Manager at NPI. A graduate of Middlebury College, he has a B.A. in International Politics and Economics with a focus on Russian Studies. Nick has worked for Lightship Telecom and for Caleidoscope Communications. After six years in the industry, where he excelled as a Senior Account Executive, Nick brought his experience to NPI. Nick's enthusiasm and energy truly revs up the Sales Team. Nick is MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certified.
Helena Nicolay
Helena works in sales at NPI and handles the renewal of client contracts and client product support subscriptions and Public Relations for NPI. She is MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certified. She previously worked as Executive Secretary for BioTek in Winooski, Vermont. Helena attended St. Michael's College and Georgetown University. She speaks Spanish, Swedish, German, French and some Russian. Helena is a Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator and lives in Monkton with her husband Bill and an assortment of pets.
Molly Lowder
Mary "Molly" Mackin Lowder is NPI's Accountant/Controller and HR Director. Molly has many years of experience in accounting and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity College. Molly is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Chantal Bade
Chantal provides scheduling and project coordination for NPI. She is skilled at juggling multiple projects with ease and a sense of humor. Chantal has worked for many years in Customer Service management and has a BA in Literature.
Jay Pilcer
Jay brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service to NPI's growing technology market segment. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. Jay resides in Burlington.
